To upgrade coleOS, You will need to extract the folder. You can use a program to do this.

WARNING: Older coleOS does not have an archiver preinstalled. You will need to download the files separately and put them into a folder.

Then run  sudo sh setup.sh.

You will be prompted to install coleOS. Put y then press enter. The update should be installing by itself. If you see a prompt to reboot, you should reboot immediately. You also get a copy of the log with your installer.
